Sandra Seefeldt

Sandra has extensive international leadership experience in a wide range of functions, including engineering, product, business development, marketing, operations, systems integration, and corporate management. She has held executive positions with fast-trajectory startups and Fortune 500 companies, including Motorola, Research in Motion / BlackBerry, and CSI Wireless / Hemisphere GPS. Sandra has managed business units and development teams across US, Canada, and Latin America (she is bilingual in English and Spanish), and has created numerous multi-$M global partnerships. Through hiring, mentoring, and growing cross-functional teams of her own, she understands what it takes to identify and recruit outstanding talent. Sandra holds a BS degree in Engineering from the University of Miami. She has completed Master Course study in Material Science Engineering from the University of Florida, as well as a Global Organizational Leadership program created specifically for next-generation leaders.
