Scot has been consulting to public and private organizations for over 15 years. As a business and economic analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton, he worked with government clients (including the US Department of Defense, Internal Revenue Service and Social Security Administration) helping to build solutions that provide better services for less cost. Prior to Booz Allen, Scot directed research and events at Harvard's E-Government Executive Education Program, where he convened government and private sector leaders to address emerging technology issues. More recently, Scot consulted on V- and C-level searches for clients such as Ascend, Auctionata, carpooling.com, Julep.com, Nubank, Qualtrics, PayPal, Scout24, SoundCloud, TubeMogul, and Zoobe, among others. Scot holds a Masters in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
